- We will not send you emails about other sites or services, if you get any then they are more likely spam and should be deleted.
- Our emails do not include any form of attachments and are sent in plain text only.

If you do receive emails from us that appear to be spam or contain viruses then please contact our abuse team at abuse@metoolsonline.com and we will report the sender of these emails to their ISP. If you think that you are not getting emails from us then check your spam folder for our emails as hotmail and gmail think we are spammers.

Cookies are small bits of data that are stored on your hard drive. metoolsonline.com web site only uses cookies to keep track of the items you have placed in your shopping cart when you go to the checkout to pay for your items so that other items can not be added without your knowledge. When you complete your order, those cookies are then deleted.
