We post on a Monday and Friday and all orders are sent securely through Royal Mail First class or Airmail. We cannot ship items over 2kg to countries outside of the UK mainland, if the item you would like is over the weight limit then please contact us. If you request signed for post then you will get the tracking number when we inform you that your item has been dispatched. All shipping is worked out by the weight and split into packages depending on the maximum weight that the postage class will allow. Shipping costs are kept to a minimum and are applied during checkout.

All items are sent out well packaged and in good working order.
However, if you find your item is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will happily offer a replacement or if preferred a full refund.

If you should be unhappy with your product in any other way please return it to us as dispatched within 28 days for a refund, we will charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned unless the item was damaged in transit or otherwise agreed before return.
